32 Degrees Return Policy

32 Degrees offers athletic and outdoor apparel at really great prices! When you purchase items anywhere there is always the risk of you needing to return the product! That goes for 32 Degrees as well! Here is everything you need to know about 32 Degrees Return Policy!

32 Degrees offers pre-paid shipping labels through the Returns & Exchange Portal! You have 45 days from the shipping date to return or exchange your products! If you are returning the product a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover the return shipping cost. If you exchange the product for the same item you will not be deducted the $5 fee. Shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded! Exchanges are only allowed on different colors or sizes of the original product that was purchased. 

 

You can only submit one return or exchange per item. All items that you return must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags included in the package.  If you wish to return or exchange multiple items from the same order you will need to submit all items within a single transaction. If you do multiple transactions on the same original order you will not receive the full refund. 

 

If the product you received is damaged or defective do not use the return portal. You will need to directly contact 32 Degrees by emailing them at info@32degrees.com!
