Anthropologie Return Policy

Anthropologie offers high-end clothing, shoes, home products, and more! I love shopping in-store and online! They offer a really great return policy! 

 

The standard return policy on most items is 30 days from the time of purchase, however, there are some exceptions to the policy! Additionally, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise can be returned or exchanged within one year of purchase. All items must be in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. Defective items may still be accepted. 

 

They are currently offering an extended return policy for the holiday season! Orders placed between Oct 1, 2024, and Dec 31, 2024, are eligible for return or exchange through January 31, 2025! 

 

Furniture & Select Décor-

For items in this category, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product(s)! These items may not be returned in-store, they will be required to be shipped back using the delivery service! Select upholstery may be subject to a restocking fee! 

Wedding Gowns & Bridal Sets-

Products in this category may not be returned in-store unless it was originally purchased in-store. Made-to-order gowns are final sale and may not be returned, canceled, or exchanged. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; additionally, it must be free of stains, pet hair, debris, and pin marks. All tags must be attached and items need to be returned in original packaging. Wedding gowns are subject to a restocking fee and some items may be ineligible for return. 

Final Sale-

All items ending in $.95 that are purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount and marked “Final Sale’ will not be eligible for return or exchange.
