Bath and Body Works Return Policy

Bath and Body works has great smelling candles, body wash, car scents, and so much more! They usually offer really great sales on their top products! While most of the time people are satisfied with their purchases, sometimes you may need to return a product!

At Bath and Body Works you have 14 days to return your products! If the product was purchased online you can return in store or with their new, convenient one-click return system online! If you purchased in store you can return products to any Bath and Body works store! An important note is that you can only return items online if you are a registered user so be sure to login or create an account prior to purchasing online!

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition they were received! You must also return the product with the relevant invoice or receipt! If you no longer have the original box the product came in you will need to provide new packaging to return the product in! If you received a free or promotional product as part of your purchase you will also have to return that product if you are returning the item(s) that qualified you for the free or promotion product!
