Five Below is one of my kids' favorite stores, and let’s be honest I love it too! They have so many fun, unique finds at such great prices! You never know what you will end up leaving with when you head to five below! From toys, treats, decorations, and beyond they have it all! Like any store though sometimes you end up with a product you don’t need or love! They have a very generous return policy!
You can return or exchange any unopened or defective merchandise at ANY store location! All you need is your original receipt or online order confirmation! You have 90 days from the purchase date to exchange products for items of equal value or to get a refund! All refunds will be in the form of the original payment method! If you used a card be sure to take the card you used with you! Items that were purchased online can be returned by mail, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping!
