Gap Factory Return Policy

I love shopping at the Gap Family of brands, especially Gap Factory! They have so many great deals and such cute clothing for the entire family! They run promotions and offer free shipping pretty frequently! From time to time I will have an item that I don’t love or that does not fit right that I need to return! Here is everything you need to know about returning products at Gap Factory! 

Returns and exchanges are free when you use a prepaid return shipping label, or a QR code, or return to a Gap Factory store! Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund or exchange! 

 

You have four options when it comes to returns: by mail, drop-off location, home pick-up, or in a store! To return by mail go online and identify the items you wish to return or exchange, print a prepaid label, and simply drop it off at your nearest UPS location! To return by drop-off at an express location go online and start the return process, select express returns and you will receive a QR code, after you have the QR code take your unpackaged, label-free item(s) to the nearest express location! Home pick-up allows you to schedule a pick-up driver to come to your home to collect your product(s)! When the driver arrives give them your unpackaged, label-free item(s) and show them the QR code! You can return your Gap Factory purchases to Gap Factory retail locations with your receipt!
