Hoka Return Policy

Hoka sneakers have recently become extremely popular! They are known for their extreme comfort and fun colors! If you are planning to purchase a pair of Hokas at any time you should be familiar with their return policy!

Here are the criteria that must be met for a return or exchange:

-Be an authentic Hoka product

- Received from the Hoka site or another authorized online retailer within the last 30 days

-Purchased at an authorized retail location within the last 30 days

-Be sent back as a complete pair

The one thing that sticks out to me in the Hoka return policy is that the items can be used or new! They give you 30 days to test out the sneakers and if you don’t love them you can still return them!

If you are a Hoka member then your return/exchange deadline is extended to 60 days! You will also get free shipping on every order as a member! It is free to join, so I recommend signing up for an account prior to purchasing any shoes from Hoka!

If it has been more than 30 days (60 for members) and you have a problem with your Hokas, you may still be eligible for a refund or a replacement! They have a one-year limited warranty that covers material and workmanship defects! You will have to send your product in to be evaluated and they will let you know if they are going to send you an exchange a refund, or a credit. If your product is not eligible it will be returned back you!
