Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods Return Policy

Did you know that Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods are all in the same family of brands? Marshalls and TJ Maxx are very similar and offer discounted retail merchandise prices! Both stores offer great deals on top brands! HomeGoods is the same idea just focused on all things home, no clothes, shoes, or beauty products! You can find rugs, furniture, dishes, towels, bedding, and so much more! Since all three companies are the same brand they all have the same return policy! Unlike some other brands, they offer a very straightforward return policy! 

In-Store Purchases:

For all purchases made in-store, you have 30 days to return your product to any location to get a refund or exchange the product. Purchases must be returned back to the brand of store that they were originally purchased from. HomeGoods products can not be returned to Marshalls! If you have your receipt and it has been 30 days or less then you will be refunded to your original form of payment! If it has been more than 30 days, you don’t have a receipt, or you have a gift receipt then you will be given merchandise credit only! 

Online Purchases: 

For products purchased online, you have two options for return: mail-in-return or taking the product to your closest store location! Online purchases have a return window of 40 days from your order date!
