They have really great prices and often times offer extra coupons! I also love that you can earn Kohl’s Cash to spend later as a discount on future purchases! It is important to understand their return policy so you don’t get stuck with items you don't need!
Kohl's Return Policy Overview
Most items have a return window of 90 days, if your items were purchased with a Kohl’s Card then you have 120 days to return your product! Premium electronics and watches must be returned within 30 days with the original package and receipt! Beauty purchases must be new or gently used and returned within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt!
They do offer an extended policy on premium electronics, watches, and Sephora at Kohl’s items for the holidays! All items purchased after 11/1 can be returned until 1/31!
Opened/unsealed breast pumps and pumping accessories are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange!
Items purchased from a gift registry may be returned up to 365 days after the purchase date with a gift receipt or original receipt!
Return Methods
Items purchased in-store must be returned to a Kohl’s store! Returns at Kohl’s can be completed at the customer service counter and are usually very easy! If you ordered your product(s) online you can return in-store or by mail!

No Receipt? No Problem!: As long as you have a Kohl’s account and enter your information at checkout they should be able to look up your purchase with your account!
