Proozy Return Policy Overview

Proozy offers a general return policy of 30 days with receipt! All merchandise must be unworn and returned in the condition it was received! The original tags must remain on the product where applicable! Trying on your product does not count as wearing it. All items that are deemed unfit for resale are subject to a 15% unfit-for-resale fee that will be deducted from the original purchase amount! 

 

Orders outside of the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund. The window is 30 days of the receipt, not the purchase date! Returns on average take between two and four weeks! Once your item is received the returns department will refund the original payment method minus the $8.99 return shipping fee! If your product arrived damaged, or defective, or you received the wrong item the $8.99 fee will be refunded after the product has been inspected! 

 

All undergarments, mystery packs, mystery items, surprise items, items marked final sale, free gifts, and promotional items with retail value are ineligible for a return! 

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

To begin your return you will go to the Proozy website and enter your email address and order number! Once you start the return online it will walk you through how to print your return label and return your product!! 

Proozy has a pretty easy and seamless return process. You will have to pay the $8.99 return shipping fee unless otherwise stated! Be sure to keep the tags on your product until you are sure if you are planning to keep it or return it!
