Sephora Return Policy
Have you ever shopped at Sephora and wondered what their return policy is? Well, keep reading as we break down the makeup store's policy!
If you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased at Sephora you have 30 days to return it for a full refund to your original payment method! This includes gently used products, so yes that opened foundation that was too dark can be returned for a full refund! In most cases, returns made from 31-60 days after purchase will be eligible for store credit!
What do I need to return my product?
You will need proof of purchase to return the product for a refund! So a receipt or email confirmation for online orders. If the purchase was made online you will need your Beauty Insider information, the original packing slip, order confirmation, and the card that was used to place the order! If the product was purchased in-store you will need the product and the receipt, as well as the original form of payment!
If you purchased your product at Sephora or at Sephora.com you can return to any free-standing Sephora location for them to process your refund! If your product was purchased at Sephora at Kohl’s you must return that item back to a Sephora at Kohl’s location. You cannot purchase an item at a free-standing location and return it to a Kohl’s location and vice versa!
