Return Policy Basics: 

If an item is unused, unworn, and unwashed you can return it within 21 days of the product being delivered to your door! You will receive a refund through the returns portal. It can take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed!

Can I get an Exchange?: 

Tukcernuck does not offer exchanges at this time. If you want to switch your product for a new size or color it is recommended that you purchase the correct item right away and then return your original product! This is an effort to get refunds issued quickly! 

Can I Return a Gift?:

Yes! If you received something as a gift Tuckernuck will happily give you store credit for the return so that you may purchase something new. Contact customer service if you need to return a product that was a gift! 

Can I Return Monogram Items?:

No, unfortunately, monogrammed products are final sale and cannot be returned. The only exception is if the wrong monogram was embroidered on your product, in that case, you will need to contact customer service! 

Can I ship Multiple Returns Together?:

Only items from the same order can be returned together. Separate orders will need to be packaged separately to be credited correctly!
