If you love makeup like me, then I am sure you have shopped at Ulta! I am personally a huge fan of Ulta because they have such a wide variety of products from skin care, to hot tools, to makeup, and so much more! They also have a really great return policy! If you are not familiar

with the Ulta return policy, keep reading to learn more!

For Ulta returns you have 60 days from the day of the original purchase to return or exchange the product(s)! You will need to have the product and its original components as well as the receipt and physical card that was used to purchase the product! You can also return items you ordered online into the physical store to avoid shipping costs and speed up the refund! You will need to bring in the product, all original packing materials, as well as the packing slip! You will also need to pull up your order confirmation!

All of this seems like a very typical store return policy, however you can actually return products that have been opened! That new foundation didn’t quite match, blush too bright, or that shampoo drying out your scalp? Head back to the store with your receipt and the product and they will issue a refund! Sometimes products just don’t work out and Ulta wants you to be satisfied, so you can return any products that did not meet your expectations!

While they do not specify how full the bottle needs to be to be returned you cannot just return a fully empty bottle! They have the right to refuse a return or an exchange on any product if they feel like you are trying to scam them! Ulta offers a very generous return policy so they ask that you don’t misuse it!

I love this return policy because it allows you to purchase confidently knowing that if something doesn’t work for you or your skin you are not stuck with it and out a ton of money!
