Not all products are eligible for return, here is what is eligible! Shoes that have not been worn outdoors and are in new condition are eligible for returns! Clothing and accessories must be unworn and in their original condition, with the tags still attached. Select sale and clearance items may be final sale so be sure to check. Gift cards are non-returnable once purchased! 

Foot Locker Return Process

Items can be returned to any Foot Locker store by bringing in the original receipt or proof of purchase. Online returns can be made by visiting the Foot Locker website, logging into your account, and finding the order. Then select the item you want to return, print the prepaid label, and package the item securely before mailing it back! Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment! 

Return Shipping Costs

Foot Locker offers free returns on most orders placed within the U.S. as long as you initiate the return through their website! Return shipping may have charges under certain conditions!

Foot Locker does not currently offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your product you will need to return the original purchase and make a new purchase for the desired item! 

Exceptions to the Return Policy

There are some exceptions to this policy. Shoes or apparel that show signs of use are not eligible for returns! Specialty items like personalized or customized products will likely not be eligible for return. If you receive a defective or incorrect product Foot Locker will cover the cost of return shipping.
