Wayfair Return Policy

I love shopping at Wayfair because they have such a wide variety of products at really great prices! I have ordered rugs, furniture, decorations, and so much more from them! We recently moved office locations and were able to get so many great products from Wayfair! However, no matter how great a site is there usually ends up being an occasional product you need to return or exchange! The good news is that returns are pretty seamless and easy, let’s take a look! 

How Do I Return My Product(s)?-

You will start by logging into your account and heading to your orders. Then you will need to identify the item you wish to return, fill out the form, and select which return and refund method you prefer!

UPS/FedEx-

If your product(s) were delivered by either FedEx or UPS you will print out the shipping label in the confirmation email and take your product(s) to a nearby drop-off location! Your other option is to schedule a FedEx pickup!

Special Carrier-

If your product(s) were delivered by a special carrier Wayfair will coordinate with you to set up a pickup time for the product to be picked up from your location! They will then initiate your refund once they receive a receipt of your return!

In-Store Purchases-

If you purchased your product(s) in-store you can complete your return in-store! You will need your receipt and any original packaging! 

Policy-

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery! All items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. They must be disassembled (if originally delivered disassembled). It must remain in its original packaging or if the original packaging is too damaged you must use a box similar to the original packaging!
