This is another great category for buying now and saving for next spring and summer.

What I Wouldn't Automatically Buy

Not everything needs to go into your cart just because it's Labor Day.

Before buying, ask yourself:

• Is this actually a good price?
• Has it been cheaper recently?
• Do I need it before Black Friday?
• Am I buying it because I need it or because there's a countdown clock on the website?

For products you're not in a hurry to buy, especially some electronics and holiday gift items, it may make sense to wait and compare prices again around Black Friday.
