Woot Return Policy

Return Policy-

Woot offers a return window of 30 days from the day the product was delivered for a full refund! Items that are priced at under $20 are not eligible for return. You can initiate your return by going to the “Stuff You Bought” tab and selecting the item you wish to return. Then you will be able to print out your return label and drop it off at the carrier! 

Exceptions-

Apparel: all apparel and footwear must be returned in new, unworn condition in the original packaging

Heavy/Bulk Items: All heavy and bulk items will be charged a $50 flat fee for return 

Food/Perishables: Food and Perishables are not eligible for return they may be eligible for replacement or return based on the situation
